- Change interventions - design, deploy, measure, sustain
- Business adoption
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Training strategy
- Change integration
- Change network - design, deploy
- Benefits management and tracking
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Experience in Communications strategy, planning, execution
- Experience in Training strategy, planning, execution
- Experience / knowledge of digital solutions enabling change, gamifications, visualisations, day-in-life-of workshops
- Experience in change analytics, measurement and tracking of change
- Knowledge of Analytics, statistical tools - including SPSS, Power BI, R, Spotfire
- Supported transition / deployment effort - Knowledge transfer, Training, Testing, hyper care
- Working awareness in HR systems and other cloud/ ERP technologies
- Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance change management and broader capability offering within the practice
