Senior Compliance Officer - Investment Firm (10-15 yrs)
Our client is a leading Investment company with PMS / AIF schemes. Currently establishing an offshore fund out of Gift City. Requires a senior compliance officer with experience in SEBI related compliances for Indian PMS/AIF/Mutual Funds. Experience in establishing / managing compliances for offshore funds would be preferable.
The role holder will:
- Work closely with the leadership & investment team
- Provide oversight and management to ensure that all applicable regulatory and/or internal guidelines and restrictions are accurately tracked and reported on.
- Develop and manage internal compliance processes
- Contribute to building a high performing team by managing direct reports and coaching other team members
You will have:
- 10+ experience in working in the financial industry (preferably buy side) and of investment products
- Strong knowledge and experience in portfolio compliance monitoring and reporting
- Strong understanding of Investment Compliance and related processes
- Excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
