Senior Compensation & Benefits Role - FMCG/Manufacturing/Infrastructure (12-16 yrs)

Location: Vashi, Mumbai

An annual INR 50,000/- crore revenue organization is looking for suitable Compensation & Benefits resources (2 - 3 positions) based out of Vashi, Mumbai to manage the C& B programs for their different business units.

Job Description:

- The role will have a reporting into the HR Head - Business Head

- The purpose of this strategic role is to design and deliver C&B programs for the business units.

- Execute the BU's total rewards strategy. Provide inputs for the design, implementation & administration of total rewards programs & processes.

- Drive annual C&B processes such as benchmarking, pay range design, compensation review process, and contracts for benefits, programs etc.

- Work in close collaboration with business leaders and human resources partners to influence, develop and implement appropriate total rewards initiatives to ensure a competitive market position

- Provide HR and management with ongoing consultation and ensure smooth delivery of programs as per global process and timelines

- Develop an internal and external cross-functional network to maintain an up-to-date understanding of HR trends and best practices.

- Build and maintain relationships with functional peers and participate in organizational initiatives.

Who we need:

We are looking for a C&B person who possesses the following qualities:

- Ability to establish credibility with senior business and HR leaders

- Strong influencing skills to coach, sell and demonstrate to business/functional leaders the idea and impact of HR initiatives

- Strong relationship management skills to gain mindshare of customers (HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, etc.)

- Ability to manage ambiguity - through the initiative, intelligence and experience create clarity from limited information and address the same accordingly.

- Strong technical competence in Job design and content validation related to Information Technology industry, Compensation benchmarking, Pay range Design, Analytical / Problem-Solving Skills

- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements

Years of experience: - 12 - 16 years of relevant experience

Educational qualification: MBA
