Senior Company Secretary & Legal Head - Manufacturing

A) SECRETARIAL FUNCTION

- Compliances under Companies Act and filing of various statutory return(s) / Form(s)

- Compliances of listing agreement and SEBI Regulations

- Preparation and maintenance of statutory records

- To assist in conduct Board / Committee meetings and preparation of the agenda/ minutes of the meeting

- To handle investor complaint and deal with RTA

- To review legal and regulatory developments in relation to the operations of the Company

- To assist in managing overall corporate affairs

- To deal with ROC/RD/MCA office/Stock Exchange

B) LEGAL FUNCTION

- Handling all the legal matters related to consumer Forum, Local & district courts, high courts, commissions and tribunals.

- Litigation exposure, consumer forums, civil and criminals courts, courts of appeals.

-Proficiency in drafting Agreements, Contract, Legal Notices, Notices, Written Statements, Appeals, Case Papers, Affidavits

Aid in miscellaneous legal initiatives of the Department
