Job role -

- Incumbents with strong exposure in company secretarial job role is required.

- Performing the overall Secretarial functions & maintaining the secretarial records.

- Will be responsible to conduct board and general meetings.

- Should be well versed in various forms under Companies Act, 2013 mandatorily .

- Will be Dealing / Liaisoning with various authorities and department.

- Will be responsible for Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files is required.
