MANDATORY REQUIREMENT :

- Gurgaon based graduate/PG candidates with 5 + years of relevant experience in handling Financial Accountability and Cloud Vendor Management

- Owning End to End the process of Procure to pay for AWS/AZURE

- Controlling the process of PO creations and making sure timely PO releases to service providers

Good to have :

- Exposure to Multi-cloud management platforms

- Exposure to cloud desktop Virtualization platforms/ Solutions

- Exposure to onprem to cloud migrations, plan, design and implementation

About Process :

- Bring financial accountability to the variable spend model of the cloud.

- Comparing pricing between services and resource types .

- Centrally govern and control Committed Use Discounts, Reserved Instances and Volume/Custom Discounts with Cloud Providers

- Granular allocation of all costs, direct or shared, to the teams and cost centres responsible for them.

Cloud Vendor Management & Governance :

- Reviewing Vendor Governance on Monthly basis for AWS/AZURE

- Procuring products from Market place for AWS/AZURE

- Owning End to End the process of Procure to pay for AWS/AZURE

- Controlling the process of PO creations and making sure timely PO releases to service providers

- Managing and Analysing the right service providers for multi cloud environment

Cost Improvement Plans :

- Instance Right Sizing(EC2 in AWS /VM is AZURE) to reduce the cost

- Cost Insights & Analysis of - RDS and Redshifts running on demand

- Right purchase RI plans in Azure and Savings Plans in AWS

- Audit of operational hours of all resources

- Provide cost insights to business leadership and drive decommissioning of unused/ utilized cloud resources.

- In depth usage of AWS Cost Explore (Deep Dive analysis using Cost and Usage Reports, Cost recommendations and Budgets) and .

- Analyse and optimize cloud costs for AZURE Cost Management through Cost Analysis, Cost alerts, Budgets and Advisor recommendations

- Managing Billing accounts project wise for GCP based on different business needs.
