Senior Civil Engineering Professionals for a leading real estate construction group in Mumbai

We have the following vacancies :

1. Head - Projects:

- Will report to the CEO. The entire Project Execution team will report to the incumbent (excluding Quality, Safety, and Design). Will support the CEO to develop a detailed Project plan. Will have the overall & complete accountability on the execution and timely delivery of the Project in line with Safety and Quality parameters. Will plan & budget the construction cost in line with overall Business strategy.

- We are looking for Civil Engineers (only BE/B.Tech) with 18-27 years relevant experience. Must have finished from design to Handover at least 1 High-end Residential Project of at least 5,00,000 sq ft. Should have executed 3/4 BHK apartments of at least 1500 - 2500 sq ft. Must have experience in executing High rise Appts. (min B+G+20 floors). Must have handled teams of at least 50 - 75 (from Developer side) and 1000 (through contractors)

2. Head-Procurement & Contracts: Will handle quantity Survey, cost & risk management, techno-commercial, contracts management, contracts administration in real estate sector.

- We are looking for Civil / Structural Engineers (only BE/B.Tech) with 18-27 years relevant experience

3. Head-Design & Engineering : Will head the function Will :

- Manage and coordinate all construction, design, structure and MEP related activities for the project in terms of cost, quality and delivery targets.

- Ensure compliance and implementation of all Engineering Procedures, practices and techniques as outlined in the design basis document and project drawings.

- To work with a design team for the project designing & detailing of master plan & layout plans based on concept design.

- Co-ordination with External Architects, Structural Consultants & Services Consultants for the Architectural Working drawings. Structural drawings & Services drawings for the building projects. Co-ordination with External Municipal Architects for Approval Drawings.

- Understand the job sequencing, resource requirements and organize the project resources to ensure the project is implemented within the project budget, as per the schedule and as per quality parameters specified.

- Monitor all construction activities from the perspective of LEED compliance.
