The Role :&nbsp; - Responsible for creating and managing project plans, schedules, managing those plans though effective communications with internal &amp; external stakeholders and team members. Reporting status of projects under purview in structured basis. Responsibilities : - Responsible for implementation of recommendations made through project management &amp; co-ordination with cross-functional teams. - Prepare &amp; share update on project status to all stake holders related to the project - Coordinate with internal departments for execution of projects related to distribution channels - Creating and managing project plans, schedules, managing those plans though effective communications - Track target vs Achievement and share dashboards on regular basis - Create data repository for various MIS and other requirements - Record minutes of meetings and plan execution/follow up Desired Experience : - Graduate/Post-Graduate (preferably Commerce) with 8-10 years of project management experience in financial services/insurance sector - Advanced MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint &amp; Project Management (MS-Project) - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical and project management skills, from both a tactical and strategic sense - Experience in working with Sales Strategy/PMO/Sales transformation teams in BFSI (or with consulting firms with similar projects) will be an advantage.
