Job Purpose :
To establishing an effective Compliance framework with an aim to ensure a compliant free environment within an organization and to act as a custodian of compliance management and inculcate the compliance environment within an organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- To Ensure effective implementation of Compliance Management Framework within an organization through timely implementation and monitoring of all regulatory requirements
- To Analyze and comment on draft regulations and circulars issued by regulators
- To Manage regulatory change management by carrying out an impact analysis of new laws and regulations and ensuring their dissemination and implementation by the various functions
- To Ensure frame operational processes and policies in coordination with the respective functions
- To Handle escalated complaints effectively and implementing the Publication Review Process
- To Monitor and assess the compliance health of the company through periodic process reviews on a sample basis
- To Ensure Product & Marketing Complianceby participating in the process for designing, drafting, and reviewing of product documentation (Policy Document) and marketing collateral
- To Advising the Distribution team on all legal and regulatory requirements and the expected levels of conduct
Key Performance Indicators:
- Review each advertisement received for approval suggests changes =>90% within agreed TAT
- Review of product documents = 100% accuracy in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Record Maintenance, Dashboard, Reporting = 100% accuracy
