DGM - Learning & Development - IT (5-14 yrs)

- Designing the product roadmap for Degreed in line with the agreed vision of the product

- Working with key internal & external stakeholders and team members to strategize and drive the adoption of the platform

- Design and drive the implementation of requested changes and deploy the implementation in an agile manner

- Driving the learner experience and create a consistently positive employee experience across all touchpoints & continuously evolve the product based on feedback/analysis

- Change management in relation to new features / functionalities released on the platform

- Sharing reports and updates with respective team members and other stakeholders, as necessary

Product Manager: Digital Learning Solutions & Digital Enablement:

- Management of the analysis, review and finalization of the digital learning providers

- Engagement with the learning partners for the implementation & integration of the learning providers

- Management of the overall learner experience on the digital learning platforms to create a consistently positive employee experience

- Management of the cost expenses and forecasts for the Digital learning providers

- Design, deployment & continuous development of L&D IT/automation tools such as the CLR & Certifications portals

- Monthly reporting and review with Head - Learning & Development to provide insights on learner adoption on the platforms & L&D portals

- Sharing reports and updates with respective team members and other stakeholders, as necessary

Lead - Role-Skill Academies:

- As part of the Role-skill academies, understand the learning & development requirements of the Academy

- Formulate strategies/approaches for the development of the role incumbents based on the stated learning needs

- Building the digital academies via and consulting on the design and structure of the academies, including curation and circulation of online learning content/relevant resources as required

- Current academy teams for 6 Academies will be working in an agile fashion with the incumbent of this role
