Senior Chief Manager/AGM - Training/Learning & Development - BFSI (12-14 yrs)
We are looking for an SCM (Senior Chief Manager) or AGM - Training / Learning & Development role for our North East and West India operations based in Delhi.
- Would prefer candidates based in Delhi with min 12-13 years experience. BFSI experience is preferred.
- Strong experience into E-Learning platforms, implementation of learning programs
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
- Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
