Here's what will be expected out of you- :

1) Customer Custodian:

- Be the face of all Consumer/Customer-led conversation for the category while interacting with Product, Engineering, brand marketing, revenue and traffic teams.

- Drive programs and projects across the various customer touchpoints to drive customer consideration and trust for our categories

2) Customer Acquisition & Retention:

- Own, define & execute the Customer charter for Hopscotch. Create end to end CRM strategy based on customer cohorts

- Own LTV, repeats and conversion for the category. Work on short & medium term plans towards improving acquisition, retention and LTVs for HS customers.

- Work with product, engineering, brand marketing & other central teams to develop the long-term plan on acquisition & retention.

- Partner with revenue team to ensure conversions hold as per the plan 3) Storefront Ownership:

- Liaison between Category and Creative

- Full hold and understanding on Home Page metrics (Funnel view, CTR, Conversions) and should influence wireframe design and HP changeovers while maintaining a balance between brand vision and business objectives

4) Demand Planning:

- Own the demand planning charter & constantly engage in growth plans across monthly / quarterly & annual cycles.

- Work with the Category teams & creative/ brand team in ensuring robustness of the demand plan, while ensuring a minimal deviation rate.

- Own mid of the funnel traffic planning not only at GB level but also at deeper level and ensure traffic spread happens as per plan

- Own traffic through different channels like Search, Merch and Recommendation. Optimize channels for best use and also liaison with Product teams to improve the metrics across these channels.

5) Event Planning & Management:

- Lead planning (traffic, wireframe), strategy, execution & reviews for key events

- Ensure that event objectives are met in terms of call outs, promotions, and exposure of inventory to customers

- Plan and liaison with creative teams on the deliverables

- Constantly develop & innovate on event constructs, creatives & channel performance tweaks monthly.

6) Growth & Performance Management:

- Own the end-to-end customer funnel views & performance

- Lead the mandate on improving performance across all merchandising assets on App / Web and Desktop.

- Constantly innovate on merchandising, keeping in mind relevant Consumer need states.

- Bring in relevant category nuances in improving the performance of HS across all media channels

- CRM / SEO / SEM / Affiliates / Social etc.
