Job Description :

- End to End hard core and passionate in Ecommerce domain

- Strong exposure in trade marketing, diversification Management

Managing Grocery category :

- P&L management

- Brand Negotiations

- Responsible for managing the full scope of the category and vendor portfolio, driving the topline performance and profitability for the business. Work with multiple product groups and leaders to grow sales on website. Own end-to-end vendor relationship, from signing new vendors, leading negotiations, managing promotional activities

- Responsibilities included business planning, sales and contribution achievement of the category against Annual Business Plan through promotions and processes, inventory management, replenishment control, merchandising and operations sales review

(A) Category & Vendor Management

(B) Strategy & Customer Experience

(C) Marketing & Advertising

- Negotiating and secured marketing and advertising money from vendors.

- Played key role in developing campaigns, storefronts to boost brand and category sales.

- Developed and managed SEO initiatives, free search improvement projects, online ads, in store campaigns, social media campaigns and other traffic-driving content strategies

- Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives to support and promote sales

- Build and execute productive Channel : expansion, engagement, enhancement and exclusivity plans

- Responsible for FMCG sub-categories : Household Supplies, Personal Care & Family Nutrition
