Senior Career Coach - Internet/eCommerce (5-10 yrs)

Job Description -

- Provide 1:1 career coaching conversations regarding job search in technical fields with students in a high-volume, online, coaching environment

- Ensure the profile readiness (Resume / LinkedIn / Github) of all the candidates and guide them on the Interview preparation skills

- Understand the Career outcomes of each learner and mentor them to achieve their goals

- Respond promptly and supportively to learner career concerns and questions via email / phones / messages

- Stay up to date on current trends in technical hiring and job search tactics that work

- Track outcomes of each learner, map them to their goal specific exit role, analyse and predict their future performance

- Collaborate with the Corporate Relations Team to recommend students for job openings and share information about employability

- Manage preparation of candidates for placement activities to ensure maximum placement offers

- Ensure end to end Career Support to all the learners.

Candidate Profile - 

- For Career Coach - 1-3 years experience in Recruiting, Coaching, or Advising in a 1:1 capacity, specifically supporting individuals job search and career goals for technical roles

- For Sr. Career Coach - 3+ Yrs of experience in Recruiting, Coaching, or Advising in a 1:1 capacity, specifically supporting individuals job search and career goals for technical roles.

- Outstanding customer service and a high degree of responsiveness.

- Knowledge of the hiring process and how to conduct an effective job search in tech.

- A track record of producing measurable results, meeting deadlines, and balancing multiple priorities and constituencies.

- The ability to build rapport and credibility with students and your colleagues across the company.

- A genuine interest in student and career development, with experience working with candidates/students as well as hiring partners preferred.

- Natural agility and flexibility in the face of fast-changing and undefined situations.

- Strong communication skills, especially in listening, coaching, and advising.
