Senior Campus Recruiter - BFSI

My client is looking for a Senior Campus Recruiter, who will partner with the recruiting team on the end-to-end campus and graduate recruitment strategy and execution for the Mumbai office.

This role will require you to collaborate with global teams to execute a regional version of talent attraction events and the summer internship program.

Your Core Responsibilities:

- Design and execute an annual campus recruiting strategy that attracts top STEM talent from target academic disciplines

- Build strong relationships with universities and key stakeholders, including career centers, student organizations, and faculty members

- Develop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, designing interviews, training interviewers, screening resumes, etc.

- Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials

- Track key recruitment metrics and proactively provide reports to stakeholders evaluating the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and solutions for how we can improve outcomes

- Collaborate with global teams to execute a regional version of talent attraction events and the summer internship program

Your Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA in Human Resources is preferred

- 8+ years of experience in a hands-on campus recruiting role for a global organization

- Willingness to travel to campus events and career fairs as needed

- Experience establishing relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations

- Proven track record of executing campus recruiting strategies and achieving annual intern and grad hiring goals
