Description

Reporting into the head of women's wear, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the buying and sourcing function for women's garments on a PAN India level

- Maintaining and improving the gross margins on women's garments

- Engage actively in product development to improve quality standards

- Lead a team with responsibility for their personal and professional growth and development

Profile

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will:

- Be a graduate/postgraduate of NIFT/Pearl

- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience, specifically buying women's wear

- Prior experience working in retail driven set up

- Strong inter-personal and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a challenging and competitive environment
