Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment for tech functions along with business partnering for employees and lead a team of 2-3 people 2. Should be able to thrive in pressure and stakeholder management 3. Should have worked on mid to senior level positions. 4. Familiar with e-commerce space. 5. Identifying the business's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance. 6. Building robust sourcing channels for a stable stream of candidates pipeline. 7. Define screening and selection guidelines and implementation of the same at all levels. 8. Take lead in building new and unconventional sourcing channels to fulfil hiring requirements of the company. 9. Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business 10. Owning candidate experience and constantly evolving processes to build efficiency as well as great hiring experience 11. Ability to Influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organization.
