We are looking at someone who can own the complete data functioning and drive business intelligence of all business-related functions- Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, etc. This role has the potential to become a Program/Strategy Manager in the near future. What you will do : - Be a part of driving business decision-making by building an analytical solution/framework to keep a track of business performance and drive business intelligence - Work with sales leaders from multiple geographies for lead generation, prioritization, assignment activities - Curate data points from multiple touchpoints- Sales CRM, Call center tool, Inbound marketing tools, etc, to create dashboards and reports - Organize/Prepare/Manage data and conduct quality checks to ensure that the analysis dataset is updated - Responsible for building and driving data frameworks- lead prioritization, segmentations, sales funneling, decision trees, different types of regressions, clustering, Forecasting, etc for multiple geographies - Comfortable with stakeholder management across all functions of the company- Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product We are looking for someone who has : - 5+ years of experience in analytics - Structured problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to articulate the problems and roadblocks to relevant stakeholders within the company - Ability to create deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint, Optimization techniques (linear, non-linear), and knowledge of VBA, Excel Macro programming, Data Studio. - Proficiency and hands-on knowledge of SQL and Excel is a must to have - Great presentation skills - Solution orientation and self-drive - Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you need to push yourself all the time Nice to haves : - Prior experience in a fast pace organization is a plus
