Sr. Business Manager
Responsibilities :
- Meet/exceed sales targets. Lead sales presentations to CXOs
- This will involve meticulous planning, researching and proposal writing.
- Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales. For this you will have to take a consulting-like problem solving approach to see how you can solve the respective prospects- problems using Knowlarity's suite of cloud telephony products.
- Create relationships within the customers- organization at all levels including senior executives, direct and indirect users of the product, and usage/repurchase decision makers. Be the first point of contact for customers around all key areas and lead cross-functional effort to identify and solve any issues.
- Forecast and customize growth plans including monthly sales targets and support needs for your region.
- Report market acceptability of Knowlarity products to the management.
- Manage business within defined financial constraints as outlined by management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field of work.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, including a track record of international sales success, preferably in the telecom or software sales industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a global customer network, create sales plans forecasting and budgeting as well as manage the sales cycle
- Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft powerpoint
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a growing and changing organization
- Resourceful and innovative at tackling complex challenges in a sustainable and proactive fashion
- International Travel of up to 40%
