Role Overview -
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strategic development of our organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to enhance revenue streams, establish strategic partnerships, and scale our impact in the mental health space.
Key Responsibilities -
Revenue Growth
- Drive overall revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and maximizing existing ones.
- Develop strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead generation and nurturing.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in B2B, B2C, and healthcare sectors.
- Expand services to new geographies and demographics, leveraging data-driven insights.
Partnerships & Alliances:
- Build and nurture partnerships with healthcare providers: doctors, paediatricians, hospitals and schools.
- Lead collaborations with government and private entities for mental health programs.
- Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and other forums.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive client acquisition and retention strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing business development team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Lead product/service diversification efforts based on market needs.
Qualifications -
Experience:
- 7-8 years in business development, strategy, or operations leadership, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or wellness sectors.
- Proven track record in scaling business operations and building strategic partnerships.
- Center set up experience (preferred)
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the mental health/wellness industry and its challenges. (preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in business tools, CRM platforms, and financial management.
Education:
- MBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
