This role is full-time and based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, focused on winning high-value, multi-phase AI transformation engagements across US, EU, APAC and Middle East markets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end enterprise and government sales cycles for AI platformsidentify, qualify and convert $1M+ opportunities with Fortune 1000 and public-sector buyers.
- Lead technical-commercial discovery and validation: run architecture assessments, manage POCs, and coordinate security/compliance evaluations with engineering teams.
- Structure creative multi-phase commercial models (platform licensing, consumption, outcome-based, deployed engineering, hybrid) and negotiate commercial/legal terms to close complex deals.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement (IT, security, legal, procurement offices, RFP/RFQ processes) and shorten sales cycles through strategic account orchestration.
- Build and manage partner ecosystemssystem integrators, AI consultancies, and hyperscalersto scale delivery and accelerate GTM motion.
- Develop industry-specific value narratives, technical case studies, and GTM feedback loops; co-present technical solutions with product and engineering leaders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Proven track record closing high-value, complex enterprise or government AI/technology deals.
- Deep familiarity with production ML systems, agentic AI patterns, and enterprise deployment considerations.
- Experience structuring consumption-based and outcome-based commercial arrangements.
- Successful history running technical discovery, architecture assessments, and POC validations with engineering teams.
- Experience navigating RFP/RFQ procurement and multi-stakeholder approval processes.
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to engage CXOs, heads of AI/ML, and technical buyers.
Preferred:
- Experience at AI/ML platform startups during 01 or 110 scale phases.
- Domain experience selling into pharma/biotech, fintech, manufacturing, scientific computing or defense.
- Established relationships with system integrators, hyperscalers or AI consultancies.
