Senior Business Consultant - Wealth Management/Private Banking

We are hiring for following:

Product specialist/ Implementation - Wealth Management

- Candidate having had around 10 years of experience in wealth management modules & Wealth Management business process with profound know-how of Private Banking & Wealth Management products and solutions

- Core banking implementation and Support experience for wealth management and private banking clients in APAC regions

- As part of Private wealth management candidate to have had experience on mid and back office support, portfolio management and CRM

- Wealth Manager experience to include providing advanced portfolio management, wealth related front end support to Advisors and RMs

- Triple A+ with product implementation experience along with Temenos certification preferable. Experience includes sophisticated portfolio management and modelling functionality, performance attribution and portfolio risk management on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients

- Experience in preparation of BRDs, TAABs Questionnaire, System and Integration testing, Product configuration set up related to wealth management domain

- Key responsibilities to include stakeholder management, Business requirement gathering, understand the As-Is architecture and provide vision on the To-Be architecture

- Offers clients solutions based on their needs, with focus on complex structuring of non-financial assets

- Experience of Co-ordination with business users and conduct trainings on Wealth management

- Credible references of having worked with large Wealth management clients preferable in APAC

- Possess market intelligence on clients with potential to achieve the qualitative and quantitative targets

- Identification of client needs and market trends, initializing development of new products and creative, tailor made solutions (Techno-Functional)

- Responsible for horizontal and vertical communication to ensure smooth process flows

- Escalates to Line Management in case of special incidents or uncertainties, acts proactively to get the necessary information

- Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels

- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, combined with excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels

- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and achievement driven when faced with obstacles

- Conceptual and analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation

- Ambitious and motivated to take on responsibility in an organization that provides a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility.

- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships which includes influencing customers and internal teams

- Financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities

- Prior experience of working in private or public sector banks in wealth management and private banking division will be added advantage

Job Location - Pune / Singapore with willingness to undertake short or long term travel

Educational Qualification - Graduate / post graduate
