Senior Business Consultant - Business Analyst/Scrum Master/Project Management (3-8 yrs)
A Senior Business Consultant - Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Management opportunity across Bangalore for a professional holding at least 6-8 years of relevant experience. You will use your experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Management to deliver analytical solutions in a service organization.

You will be responsible for:
- Looking for a Senior Business Consultant / Analytics Lead, who has also experience in leading a team of 4-6 members
- Detailed requirements gathering and documentation preparation, which will include: Developing requirements with stakeholders who have difficulty articulating them, understanding the business processes and desired outcomes
- Should be able to create solutions to business problems through partnership with stakeholders
- Capability to distil analytics findings to business relevant and actionable insights
- Should have extensive experience in stakeholder management
- Expertise in any of the data visualization tools like Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI or Tableau
- Good to have exposure on Python/SQL language and AI/ML concepts
- Drive the development and support of self-service data and analytic solutions that empower the customer to explore and manage data insights
- Has worked in Agile development model during the development cycle.
- Should have exposure to BRD/FRD preparation, guiding the delivery team on business/functional understanding, helping in preparing the testing plan to do thorough validation, UAT sign-off & documentation
- Capable of working with development teams locally and globally.
The Successful Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience as Business Consultant / Analytics Lead across a diverse set of industries
- Expertise in any of the data visualization tools like Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI or Tableau
- Expertise in Business Analyst role
- Currently performing a dual role: BA + Scrum master or has good experience as a scum master.
- Certified Scrum master preferred.
- Hands on experience as a Project manager/Product owner.
