About the role: Goal of our analytics team is to help realize maximum business value from AiDash Data Products. As Business Associate / Sr. Business Associate at AiDash, you will be assisting senior business consultants by providing analytical solutions to solve complex business problems. You will help clients improve their operations using AiDash products, thus saving millions of dollars in operating expenses. What You'll Do: Work with client and senior consulting team members, to understand the business requirement and translate business problems into analytics/machine learning problem statements. - Engage with cross functional teams at client (business, data and technology), to gather understanding on client's core business processes and relating data. - Analyse how AiDash product / platform can be used derive value and solve client's problems at scale. - Work closely with data science team, to break down business problems into structured problems that AI can solve. - Manage the complete lifecycle of a product for the client - starting from identifying problem statements, creating value propositions, and business cases, and overseeing implementation to scale. As a small and tightly knit organization, you will get an opportunity to work closely with senior executives, gain exposure to managing stack holders across business functions. Also, you will, gain deep understanding of how new age technologies can be used to create business value at scale. What The Candidate Will Need For This Job: - Demonstrated track record in analytics / strategy consulting, working with business executives at large corporations / Fortune 500 companies. - Strong problem-solving skills, knack for numbers and attention to detail. - Good understanding of AI and Machine Learning from the perspective of business problem-solving. - Proficient with business analytics tools - Experience with AI Platforms / Products would be a huge plus. - Post Graduate Degree in Management from Tier I Institutions with 0- 2 years experience in analytics/strategy consulting. - Bachelors / Masters in an analytical/technical discipline from a Top Tier/Tier-1 institution such as IIT/NIT/BITS etc with 3-5 years experience in analytics consulting.
