Senior Business Analyst - Web Portal/Web Channel & Mobile Application

1. As a Senior BA you will be supporting the process and applications which are primarily to improve the journey in the areas of Digitization (apps and portals) and also in the area of Customer support and service.

2. You will be responsible for understanding and delivering automated digital journey of Self-care mobile apps, Web Portals/websites, and integrated self-care process.

3. You will work very closely with global stakeholders (Both Business and Development Team).

4. You will continually build & prioritize user story backlog, lead grooming sessions to communicate clearly the story intent and acceptance criteria.

5. Lead the development of a robust program that offers self service applications/portals to customers for their requirements after onboarding.

Qualifications and Experience

1. University degree (Engineering or Computer Science).

2. Minimum 8 - 15 years relevant experience in telecommunication/other relevant industry.

3. Experience from simplification and innovation projects.

4. Experience in driving BUs towards simplification & standardization.
