Shipping Domain experience is mandatory Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : - Candidate will be expected to help improve processes and make businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project and communicating clearly with clients/ stakeholders, facilitators and partners.&nbsp; - Candidate will be responsible for Requirements Analysis, Gap Analysis, Supervision and guidance of writing Specifications, Integration specification &amp; testing, Client interaction, Product development. Product must be domain relevant. Must ensure product is always demo ready. - Candidate should have 10-12 years of overall experience. Must hold an engg degree - BE/BTech/MCA/ M.Tech/ MBA. Experience with Shipping Domain is mandatory. Primary Skills : Experience in analysis &amp; design in full SDLC. Shipping domain experience. Product Management experience. ISO / CMMi experience. UML modeling experience. System Analysis &amp; Design. DB Analysis &amp; Design. UI Design Desired Skills : Should have experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry applications. Been on a support role for a period of 2 years or more.
