Pre-requisite :

Will be working with a UK Company Payroll.

- Candidate must be willing to join in short notice 30 Days.

- Can work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with one of the largest Islamic bank on renewable annual contract.

- Pay in USD 5500 -6000 USD take home monthly salary.

- Accommodation to be arranged by own.

- Tickets two and fro by Company with 2 dependents including wife and 1 child.

- Having valid passport with minimum more then 6 month validity.

Position Title: Senior Business Analyst, Service Monitoring & Control

Reports to: Director Service Monitoring & Control

Department Operations Excellence

Function (Group): Shared Services

JOB PURPOSE:

- AS-IS analysis, Service Monitoring & Control, Operations Excellence, Shared Services

- Documenting business requirements for implementation of KPI and service dashboards for Bank Shared Services.

- Assist business units in continuous service improvement by sourcing metrics that cover customer satisfaction, service quality, operational throughput rates, individual and team productivity, and error and rework

- Project manages vendor development of dashboards.

- Liaise with the Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC), and IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) team to coordinate delivery of business intelligence and end-to-end service dashboards.

- Support Shared Services business units in ongoing maintenance of service dashboards to reflect changes in business processes and systems that impact end-to-end service models.

- Support business units and procurement in development of service monitoring tool sets to cover new managed service (outsourced) environments. Audit service monitoring and control dashboards to ensure they accurately reflect current services delivered vendors in managed service environments. Scope covers general services and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Support incident management and service recovery functions by rapidly developing interim service monitoring measurements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develop Business Requirements for Service and KPI Dashboards.

- BICC and BRM Program and Stakeholder Management

- Co-Manages vendor relationships at Tender and Contract/SLA development stages; and on-going service delivery.
