Designation - Senior Business Analyst ( Regulatory )

Location: Bengaluru.

Skills: Incumbent should have working experience with either MIFID II, Volcker, Brexit (mandate)

Principal Accountability:

1. Impact on the Business:

- Understand theregulatory impacts on the business, formalize the requirements using a standardized Business Requirements Document.

- Act as Lead Regulatory change for the regulations with the responsibility of identifying impact on Equities activities, products, controls and processes.

- Intended to be an analysis and support role covering a different regulation.

- Understand impact of upcoming and existing regulations on the commercial model of the business. Support business management team in designing and validating change strategies.

- Support change implementation engagement with programme teams from a Front Office (FO) perspective, definition of business and functional requirements and on-going interaction with implementation teams.

- Support the FO control and supervisory teams in updating DIMs and procedures to comply with various regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to various regulatory governance.

- Interaction with key Markets support Functions including Operations, Compliance, Finance and Product Control, and Technology with regards to Management Office governance forums and associated information gathering.

- Support the FO Supervision and Controls related governance, monitoring & embedding the operational Risk Framework, driving effective thematic business specific controls.

- Periodic review and update of instruction and procedural manuals.
