Senior Business Analyst - Product Firm

Company - US Based Organisation into revenue cycle management

Location - Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

- 7+ years- experience with experience as a business analyst for a Product firm with minimum three years in managing customers and product know-how independently.

- Strong experience in 02C (order to cash)/Order Management cycle of business.

- Preferred APICS Certified

- Understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the existing framework

- Plan and responsible for quality testing including unit, integrity and user acceptance testing.

- Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices

- Able to complete assignment with minimal direction (self-starter)

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into clear business requirements and CoAction capabilities.

- Maintains excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and technical delivery team.

- Experience with product development life cycle methodologies

- Graduation/Masters in Finance.
