The Opportunity:

You will get to be one of the earliest employees of a very high profile and game changing fin-tech company. The main purpose of this role is to assume significant responsibility for turning technological visions into reality

The Role:

- Work closely with founders and senior management to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirement documents

- Liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders to get projects executed smoothly and on time

- Identifies opportunities to improve and optimize existing business and system processes

- Propose and develop business reporting dashboards

- Analyze and suggest simplified functional workarounds fitting the timelines

- Prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements

- Gap analysis of implemented functionalities and highlight any deviations from requirements

- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams

- Project manage a number of high impact projects

The Ideal Candidate:

- 1-4 years of experience as a business analyst in a leading technology consulting firm

- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ similar tools

- Capability to use key tools to translate business requirements to technical requirements effectively

- Worked in a very fast paced environment across a number of projects

- Experience in developing business case, business models, use case and requirement document

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
