Role-specific requirements:
M&A Solutions Specialist (SBA):
- MBA advanced degree preferred with 0-3 years of professional experience
- Experienced working as a Management Consultant preferred, but not required
M&A Solutions Senior Specialist (Associate):
- MBA degree preferred with 2-5 years of professional experience
- Experienced working in Mergers & Acquisitions / Divestitures and/or as a Management Consultant strongly preferred
