Senior Business Analyst - KPO

Responsibilities

- 4+ Years of experience in relevant role

- Identifying complex fuzzy problems, break it down in smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions.

- Responsible for defining, analyzing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams.

- Build data models in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.

- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

- Drive data-driven decision making through the stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills:

- Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL, Excel, another scripting language (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)

- Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho, etc)

- Ability to understand business problems & apply advance analytics techniques to

- Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights.

Qualification:

- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Engineering from a top institute.

Experience: 4+ years
