We are looking for Senior Business Analyst who can fulfill the following criteria.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.

- Building documents such as BRD, FRD

- Managing & merging versions of several document standards

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

- Performing a requirements analysis.

- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Performing system integration testing and help in user acceptance testing.

- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Serving as a liaison between client and company.

- Managing competing resources and priorities.

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

- Perform quality assurance.

- Define reporting and alerting requirements.

- Help design, document and maintain system processes.

- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.

- Communicate key insights and findings to product team.

- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve and deliver better value to the customer.
