Senior Business Analyst - IT

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of an award-winning product with utmost customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role throughout the entire software delivery cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the customers to gather the requirement and oversee successful implementation.

- Define product scope, requirements, and the implementation plan; assess risk, and supervise the acceptance testing process.

- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.

- Understand and communicate customer requirements across teams.

- Serve as the main contact throughout the project lifecycle.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.

- 4+ Years of client facing delivery experience of enterprise products.

- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft technology and its applications.

- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.

- Strong experience of working with global teams.

- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
