Senior Business Analyst - IT

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Understanding business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation

- Collect project requirements & Preparing BRD's & Use Cases.

- Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team

- documenting business requirements, Construct workflow charts and diagrams, Prototyping And Wireframing

- Detail-oriented, analytical skills & liaison between stakeholders and users.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-6 Years of experience as a business analyst in software development teams

- Excellent writing skills for the understanding by across different departments(tech/management/finance)

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

- Experience in the different types of business requirements documents

- Agile methodology practitioner

- Experience in breaking down big requirements into the smallest logical chunks of tasks that are easy and unambiguous to understand

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is highly preferred

- Having any Business Analysis certification is a plus

- 2 years+ in ERP systems, POS systems, Accounting systems, or any Retail or Financial industry systems is highly preferred

- Experience in Jira and Confluence is a plus
