Senior Business Analyst - HR Shared Services (8-12 yrs)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the Project & Process Excellence function, HR Shared Services, to work as part of a dynamic team, to implement the HR Operating model, as part of the global HR Transformation strategy. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the successful implementation of HR shared services across EMEA & APAC region and contribute towards transformation journey.

Strategy & Planning:

- Align to the overall HR shared services strategy, own and drive medium to high complex projects & initiatives to success

- Build and strengthen good working relationships with all key stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership team

- Establish effective communication channels, forge relationships with key stakeholders and set up ways of working which shall enable free flow of data, information & communication

- Collaborate with the project team to work out a detailed programme plan for successful implementation of projects

Business process analysis:

- Estimate, plan and execute program and operational activities such as workshops, focus group discussions or any other working sessions including Pre work, construct of the workshop & post workshop effectively

- Creatively engage stakeholders to elicit right set of requirements and identify gaps to design solutions; Engage with teams and senior stakeholders to align on the outcomes of the design builds

- Analyse process & data constraints, dependencies, and various scenarios and engage with experts & process SMEs to build a functional future state

- Design the future state by considering all requirements, gaps & inputs from functional & other teams

Project Management:

- Own, plan, drive & ensure timely completion of various other project activities such as training, testing, go live & hypercare activities

- Effectively collaborate with various other functions such as Technology, business, CoE etc., to implement the project activities

- Add value to the project by bringing in industry best practices and implementing improvement ideas which shall enhance the quality of customer experience

- To put the customer first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times Seek information, understand & able to clearly articulate on the scope, objective, goals and future state of the project

- Consult & coach on project management & business analysis to team members

- Carry out and undertake any relevant training deemed necessary

- Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.

- Complete quarterly ethics module as advised

- Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE)

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: Overall 8 - 14 years of experience in HR domain & at least 6 years experience in business analyst role with exposure of leading global & high impact projects

- Very good functional knowledge of HR core systems such as Workday, Time & attendance, Service now, web enabled and other related technologies

- Hands on experience in usage of MS applications such as word, excel, ppt & visio

- Exposure to RPA, ML, CRM tools, SharePoint, basic reporting tools preferred

- IIBA, PMP, six sigma certifications preferred

- Strong business & data analysis, excellent facilitation, strong interpersonal & great communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail, result oriented and problem-solving mind set

- Ability to work as part of a team, within a very busy environment, which has strict deadlines, the post holder will be able to work under pressure and respond to changing priorities

- Customer centric focus that ensures the customer is at the heart of the process

- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities

- Places high priority on data integrity and security

- Results oriented with an eye for detail and the drive to complete a task / project to a high quality standard.

- Ability to work as part of a team, within a very busy environment, which has strict deadlines, the post holder will be able to work under pressure and respond to changing priorities
