Senior Business Analyst - HR ERP (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients:
- Knowledge of "workday" is a must
- Solid experience working with HR (including payroll) systems, ideally including Workday
- Experience of end to end project delivery
- Understanding of development lifecycle and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Strong knowledge of HR processes
- Ability to influence globally to ensure best practice
- Promotes a culture of innovation and drives continuous improvement across the Business Analysis area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a range of groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Ability to work flexible hours with teams across various global locations and time zones
- Be self-managed, able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to gather requirements via multiple means based on the situation e.g. workshops, individual meetings
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong risk, issues and dependency management experience
- Aptitude to learn and apply new technologies and understand business processes
- Understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
