We are HIRING Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients - an FMCG/Food Group Company to be stationed at Angola to look after the financial efficiencies in the business operations - to help them accelerate their growth and develop a larger market presence.

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are facing and provide solutions to these groups.

Responsibilities

- Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and Commercial gaps within the business.

- Maintaining, testing, and improving business reports, analysis, and system-driven processes.

- Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with key segments and business heads.

- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.

- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction and propose to operation & Sales team.

- Evaluating the performance of segment head / Sales head, Purchase head & Finance head to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.

- Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.

- Acting as a liaison between the business and IT Department.

- Keep a close watch on any new initiative in terms of product development, Marketing, a new store opening analyses it and share if any recommendations are there.

- Creating monthly performance reports.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT, or any related field.

- Proven experience as a business analyst.

- Proven training in Business Process Modelling.

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of Microsoft.

- Must Knowledge of PowerBI.

- communication and leadership skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
