Senior Business Analyst - eLearning

We are hiring for a E-learning client based in Mumbai.

Job Description :

1. 15+ years of experience, with 5+ years as Skill Manager

2. Responsible for growing the team of Business Analyst. Motivate, Mentor and Coach the BA team

3. Work with Project Managers, Account Managers to understand customer pain points and orient team towards exceeding customer expectations on addressing the pain points

4. Build a growth path for team members from Junior BA to Highly recognized Business Consultants

5. Move towards a high value service offering to customers wherein BA's perform role as Product Owners for customer products

6. Build Education domain capabilities by continuous training and certifications

7. Participate and Train BA team on Design Thinking.

8. Participate in Projects and help build templates / approach to solving customer problems.

9. Should have progressed as individual from playing role of Business Analyst to a Business Consultant

10. Highly passionate on building domain capabilities and help build arrowhead services for the organization
