Hiring - Business Analyst - Consumer Insights and Analytics for a Global Company in Bangalore

Job Profile:

- You will be responsible for streamlining the process through automation and scripting, analysing data to leverage insights to increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer experience

- You will be responsible for designing and automating data manipulation steps to run high-impact customer analyses using the Google suite

- You will also be responsible for presenting analyses and related insights to the relevant stakeholders

- Should be able to drive new automation requirements using google app script and maintain/modify existing scripts

- Validate that data is up-to-date & accurate

- Interpret analyses and deliver customer insights and recommendations

Desired Profile:

- Experience in data automation and reporting (preferably in the field of the customer, product, or marketing using Google App Script) with a strong focus on creating analyses and delivering customer insights

- Strong experience in Data Automation and Reporting using Google App Script

- Data Visualization - SAP Analytics Cloud /Power BI/Google Data Studio

- Google Sheets and Excel

- SQL

- Design Dashboards and do performance analysis
