Senior Business Analyst - Consulting Firm

Job Description :

- You will work closely with internal Teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business process.

- Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.

- Work with the stakeholders to take data driven decisions.

Must Have :

- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.

- You have 2+ Years of experience in relevant role

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Technical capabilities : SQL, Excel, SAS, R, Python

- To derive consumer insights from data, identify patterns and come up with ways to retain consumers, increase top line and bottomline

- Structure concise reports with insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking

- Root cause Analysis of problems and suggesting improvements to product/ops based on insights

- Manage initiatives with E-commerce team on automation requirements and develop analytical models for quick decision making, leveraging IT as an enabler to better sales efficiencies
