- We are looking for a Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst who will be the vital link between information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting business requirement gathering, ensuring the successful understanding and implementation of different solutions. He/She will be the Client POC for all the

- Project related discussions while gathering the requirements, documenting the needs, creating workfloows, creating proposals in a fast paced environment. This person will be working with the clients to help understand the key stakeholders- needs and work with them to identify projects and use cases. He will further partner with the internal team to build the solution and deliver it.

As a Business Analyst, you will be :

- Attending and meeting customers to present/gather the requirements while working in domain of Manufacturing/Financial related applications for end to end B2B application development .

- Working with stakeholders to define/scopeout the project needs and documenting the interactions/meetings

- Creating project flow diagrams, documents, RFP/RFIs/ presentations, while acting as liason with Technical and Business teams

- Creating and executing User training and educations wherever required

- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance analytics integration experience

- Help design, document and maintain system process.

Ideal Candidate :

- Should have bachelor degree in engineering and MBA in finance from reputed college or university

- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and documenting the same in different client facing roles.

- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions looking at different sources of data

- Good knowledge in generating process documentation.

- Domain knowledge in finance, Sales, Procurements and HR subject areas

- Should have worked for 4-5 business solutions for solving business problems using data and analytics.

- Experience in business analytics consulting is a must.

- Domain Knowledge in manufacturing will be an added advantage

- Strong understanding of Finance, balance sheets, supply chain, manufacturing concepts and business processes.

- Worked in / with analytics teams to build and deploy analytics solutions to solve for business problems.

- Hands on experience with analytics tools and techiniques like regression, clustering, KNN, GBM.

- Bachelor in engineering with MBA in finance.
