We are #hiring for our Reputed Financial Services Client

Role: Senior Business Analyst {Business Analysis + Regulatory Reporting}

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Experience Range: 7 yrs- 10 yrs

{Relevant experience: 3 yrs- 5 yrs}

Shift timings: 3:30 PM- 12:30 AM

CTC: 15 LPA- 25 LPA

Essential Skills/Experience: Project management, business analysis, Business Analyst, BRD, FRD, Equity Derivatives, Regulatory Reporting, UAT, UAT Coordination, Strategic Planning, Agile Methodology- Scrum, JIRA/Confluence

Essential Qualifications

- 5+ years' financial services experience

- Graduate degree or higher / MBA (Preferred)

- The ability to communicate effectively with superiors and colleagues is essential.

- Should have hands on experience of Regulatory Reporting (Preferred)

- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

- Candidates should have Capital Markets experience (Middle office) and should have good knowledge on QFC Recordkeeping regulation.

- Candidate should have experience in writing BRD's, test cases and performing UAT.

- Strong reconciliation reporting, data analysis, and metrics reporting experience

- Experience at a Strategy Consulting firm

- Project Management Experience

- Knowledge in Agile/SDLC Methodologies

- Experience working in international environment
