Senior Business Analyst/Assistant Manager - Cat Modeling - BFS (3-6 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understanding and preparing exposure data for multiple lines of business
- Data cleansing, enhancing and analysis of COPE information (Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposure) and secondary modifiers
- Working on complex and large datasets using MS-Excel
- Validating exposure data against set RMS guidelines
- Geo-Coding the exposure data using Risk Link
- Prepare import files for RMS modelling platform
- Understanding of the insurance terminologies
- Applying financial policy terms in the model for perils covered
- Ensure timely completion of all deliverables
Preferred Skills / Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Insurance and Cat Modelling
- Knowledge of RMS RiskLink
- Good working knowledge of SQL, MS-Office Word, Excel and Access
- Excellent communication skills
