Senior Brand Role - FMCG - IIM/MICA/ISB/FMS (8-10 yrs)
Skill sets required :
- Extensive experience in managing a large consumer brand
- Good understanding and experience in the Digital space and brand building on digital
- Strong understanding of Social media and Content Marketing
- Should be very comfortable handing Agencies and driving top notch output from them
- Should also be someone who has experience with driving performance campaigns like Big Sales.
Core responsibilities :
- Building brand salience and positioning of the individual product lines
- Ensuring great launches in new cities and micro-markets
- Developing a view of our Brand Score (TOM, Spont) and constantly monitoring it with time
- Increasing brand searches and the individual product lines
- Driving positioning as a health expert through Content marketing and Health evangelism
- Driving innovative social media campaigns to keep the brand top of mind among consumers.
Required :
- 8-10 years experience
- FMCG background (Levers, P&G, RB, ITC, Brittania, Parle, Pepsi, Coke etc)
- Good marketing pedigree (IIM, Jamnalal Bajaj, MICA, FMS etc)
- Some great ATL campaigns under the belt.
