Senior Brand Manager - Textile Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Be the primary owner of the brand and be responsible for the long term brand strategy
- Work with research agencies to understand consumer insights and use it to deliver innovative marketing campaigns
- Monitors Brand health, product performance segment wise and align actions to Marketing strategy.
- Overseeing the production of all ATL/BTL campaigns with agencies/in-house teams
- Prepare media briefs (objective, route, target, cost etc.) and share with media partners, ensure and monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vs objective of media initiative.
- Responsible for creating annual marketing calendar
- Interact with other organisational functions to understand requirements and accordingly build brand strategy.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 5 to 10 years of post-MBA experience from a premium institute.
- Highly creative with the ability to think out of a box.
- Worked in consumer good companies, preferably fashion and lifestyle-related brand, and launched multichannel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Preferred Experienced in consumer internet industry
