The brief roles and responsibilities are as follows : - Responsible for the development of communication and creative delivery and effectiveness. - To increase brand preference through corporate branding initiatives and develop an overall strategy to best manage consistency in brand messaging target group connects and develop a competitive advantage. - Developing a brand plan to support growth objectives - Design communication calendar - Develop communication for corporate brands/sub-brands/products channels/influencers and internal - Content Management - Manage creative agency engagement, manage public relations (Social &amp; Brand), Offline and Online resources, driving website efficiency, SEO, ORM, Social Media interactions, blogs, measure agency performance, measure website performance tracking and reporting, website benchmarking and updation. - Brand endorsements, sponsorships, alliances, collaboration for brand and content creation. - Manage consumer call center, Quality monitoring, and management for Lead generation, and efficiency. - Collaborations and consumer activations, management advisory services, property sponsorships. - Retail format designing and benchmarking and dealer/vendor support - Managing implementation and maintenance of retail models. - Providing merchandising support for products. - Consumer BTL activations - Inshop branding support - Tracking of competitive retail formats
