Senior Brand Manager - Innovations - FMCG

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead a Cross Functional Team comprising R&D, Packaging, Business Finance, Procurement, Legal, & Supply Chain teams.

New product development :

- Extensive consumer research to understand the need for personalization for right product-market fit.

- Create the back-end algorithm for personalisation along with the formulators from the R&D team.

- Create the brand strategy comprising logo/pack architecture and artwork with the packaging and design teams Ideate with the agency to build a D2C website that enables consumers to create and order personalised product.

Quick Launches: Launch products in smaller quantities to test the market potential with minimal BTL activities.

- Handle ecommerce division:

- Analyse the gaps in the division and create the eCom BU strategy.

- Establish the S&OP process for the division and train the Sales team on the best practices of the FMCG industry.
