Within that, the International Markets business unit is at the forefront of the growth agenda. It comprises a portfolio of "third-party" managed businesses in over a 100 ship-to locations and experienced exciting growth of 8% last year.

The Twinings brand was born in 1706. In 1837, Queen Victoria appointed Twinings as an official Royal Warrant holder. We are proud to have held Royal Warrants from every King or Queen since then. Currently, Twinings makes over 600 tea blends and is available in over 200 countries around the world.

Description:

Reporting to the Head of International Developing markets, you are responsible for

- Working closely with BDM Team (UK) to develop marketing strategies, and convert into implementable plans/objectives for the Indian business

- Building annual plans for the business ( 5YP, budgets & forecast updates) to help grow the business across relevant trade channels

- Understanding the consumer behavior and implementing various push and pull strategies across channels

- Managing all aspects of relationships with relevant external agencies, including writing clear & concise agency briefs that bring together all relevant information

- Planning and implementing the trade activation's across all the channels

- Ensuring the monthly review of all Commercial activities, including assessment of competitor performance and act on relevant insights

- Preparing the budget plans and ensuring the post initiative follow-ups to improve

Profile:

The ideal candidate should come with 5+ years of experience in the marketing function in the FMCG industry. He/ She should be an MBA from premier B school and should have worked in functions like trade activation's, product development, consumer insights, and market research and also has a deep understanding of various channels (General Trade, Modern trade, Horeca, E-commerce). He/she should also hold experience in designing and implementing the digital campaigns for the organization. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a high drive of ownership and accountability. He/she should have excellent communication and negotiation skills who can also manage multiple stakeholders both nationally and internationally
