1. We are a commodity trading company which is venturing into the FMCG/Agri product sector. The candidate would be responsible for building up the sales and marketing team from scratch
2. Responsible for nurturing, driving and developing sales force to accomplish business projections
3. Launching of new products, need gap analysis for the product portfolio, enrich product mix in the product portfolio, product pricing & profitability
4. Brand building, Consumer engagements, promotional activities and strategy crafting for all these activities
5. Ownership of seamless integration of plans and execution of the same across multiple mediums with effective and optimum utilization of brand budgets
6. Designing and strategical implementation of medium/long-term marketing plans
7. Brand P&L and channel strategy and put the strategy in action. Coordinating with Sales operations and ensure that all marketing initiatives are field-driven as well as customer and consumer-focused
8. Coordinating with the brand owners, brand ambassador and opinion leaders for various activities
9. Achieving annual business objectives with regard to market share, sales and volumes for the brand
10. Responsible for timelines, budget, and project analysis. Evaluating performance and taking corrective actions
1. 6-8+ years of brand marketing experience in FMCG sector
2. Candidate should have a robust knowledge of FMCG/Agri products sector. He should have a proven track record of sales and marketing in this sector
3. Strong business acumen along with process & procedure implementation skills
4. Rich experience in brand positioning and marketing to drive aggressive sales with effective and optimum utilization of brand budgets
5. Strong understanding of traditional, digital media with hands-on go-to-market and activation experience
